Business Model
  1. Private enterprise :
    If a private enterprise secures a construction site and constructs and operates the wooden observatory, it will be able to ensure a great deal of business and income.
  2. Local community enterprise :
    As in the Austrian case, if local governments invest directly and operate this kind of tower, this can be used as local job creation, a revitalization of local economy.  Furthermore, this project will help local governments increase their financial independence.
